Website terms

General information

Website content is general information. The appropriate work depends on the individual tree, property and conditions. An online enquiry does not book or authorise work.

Quotations and reports

A free work quote covers a proposed work scope. A written arborist report is a separate service with an agreed scope and fee. Availability is confirmed directly.

Permissions and insurance

Required permissions must be resolved before work. A quote or report does not guarantee approval or insurance reimbursement.

Agreed work

The accepted quotation and applicable service terms should set out scope, exclusions, access, clean-up, timing, payment and cancellation arrangements. Those terms must be supplied and agreed separately.

Your rights

These website terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Ask us to confirm the business details and service terms before agreeing to work.
